5m x 5 Section Levelling Staff

A straight, rectangular wooden or aluminium rod with graduation marks on it is referred to as a levelling staff. Zero reading is represented by the foot of the staff, and reading increases with height.

It is used in conjunction with a levelling tool to calculate the height difference between the points or the distance the station is from the line of sight.
